My husband went back to Malaysia last week and stayed at The Saujana Hotel and Resort, I already reviewed this hotel before, so check it here. I mentioned in that post that this hotel is quite far from the city center so most of the time my husband will just eat at the resort.
They have so few restaurants there but he likes eating Japanese foods. Kogetsu is a Japanese restaurant in Saujana Hotel and Resort. Most of the time, he will just order from their menu but last Sunday, he was surprised because they are offering a buffet at RM145.
My husband told me that ala carte meals are expensive already so sulit daw yung buffet. He enjoyed the buffet so he forgot about his diet. Hehehe! According to him, masarap daw ang teppanyaki. He got a discount too for using his credit card, so from RM145 to RM125. But if I will convert it to PHP, ang mahal pa rin.
Update: November 2017
My husband went back to Malaysia last week and arrived on a weekday so wala ng buffet promo but he still ate at Kogetsu. He got a discount again by using his credit card, so from RM79, he only paid RM67. One of the benefits of using a credit card, you can get discounts, promos, and others.

My friend often uses her cc for points and discounts. Haha the variety of food offered are many. Would love to try it. :)
ReplyDeleteTempura and makiiiii...nakakagutom. I agree on using the cc, we only have one and my husband is the one using it. Mas matipid kasi siya sakin. hehe! I love the perks sometimes, they have points and dscounts, nakakatuwa rin.
ReplyDeleteI converted it to pesos and medyo mahal nga (for me!). But looking at all those food, I'm sure it was super sulit. I'm drooling over some of the dishes!
ReplyDeleteAy! Pagkasarap naman ng mga pagkain na'to! My mouth is literally watering over your photos! I should find something to eat after I'm done with my commex, haha! Pero yes, medyo mahalya nga sya! waaa..
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I love Japanese food, especially sushi, sashimi and tempura. That's my kind of buffet, actually. In any buffet, I go to the Japenese section first. :)
ReplyDeleteI love Japanese food especially sushi! I haven't tried authentic Japanese buffet here though. It's great your husband got a discount.
