the last three weeks I’ve been looking for powdered sugar and it’s always out
of stock. I don’t know why. So last week I’ve made chocolate ganache to pair with my vanilla cupcake.
I
can’t remember where I got the recipe.
¾ cup
chocolate chips
¼ cup
heavy cream
Melt
chocolate and cream in metal bowl set in simmering water.

ReplyDeleteI'll try this next time i make cupcakes. Buttercream can be such a mess dahil sa init ng panahon (I usually bake in the afternoon pa naman) so this should be a great alternative. Did you use all-purpose cream ba?
