Sharing the recipe from Quickmelt cheese box.
60 pcs fresh
mussels
½ cup butter
2 tbsp
minced garlic
¼ cup all
purpose flour
½ cup
chicken stock
1 cup milk
Salt and
pepper
¾ cup Quickmelt cheese
1. Steam
mussels until shells open. Remove and discard the empty shell and arrange it on the baking
tray.
2. In a
saucepan, melt butter, and sauté garlic. Add flour and mix well. Stir in stock
and milk and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat when the mixture
thickens lightly.
3. Spoon
white sauce onto mussels.
4. Top with
cheese.
5. Bake at
350F until cheese melts. Garnish with chopped parsley.
sis michi,love your new blog layout.ngayon ko lang nakita.haha! fave ko din 'to baked mussels, unfortunately di masyado gusto ng palate ni Xian so usually ako lang nakakaubos pag wala si hubby. :D

ReplyDeletePareho tayo! I also don't order food minsan sa resto na alam kong kayang gawin na at mas mura pa. Either that or kaya naman, when we dine out, I make sure na yung gusto kong kainin, khit mahal, pwedeng gayahin ni Chef Khan. Hehehe
