I’ve
been using this recipe for years already, recipe from Quickmelt Cheese.
450g
elbow macaroni
½
cup butter
1
tsp minced garlic
½
cup chopped onion
½
kl giniling
1
cup ham
½
cup red bell pepper
2
cup tomato sauce
½
cup chicken broth
1
tsp salt
Pepper
to taste
2
tbsp sugar
1
cup quickmelt cheese (I used mozzarella cheese)
1. Cook
pasta according to package directions.
2. In
a sauce pan, melt butter and sauté the rest of ingredients except cheese. Allow mixture to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Toss
noodles with prepared sauce. Place in an oven-proof baking dish and sprinkle
with grated cheese on top.
4. Bake
at 180C pre heated over for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.

ReplyDeleteEto pala yung recipe ng homemade ham na post na ng sister ko sa blog nya. Ang nanay ko talaga ang gumagawa ng ham namin pag pasko pero last Christmas si sis ang gumawa.
