Butter Cupcake

I got this recipe from Yummy Magazine and I did not like the result because I find it too dry and I can’t taste the butter. After three years, I tried this recipe again but this time I add ½ cup of chocolate chips but still the same result. Hubby and son like it maybe because I add some chocolate chips.



Here is the recipe and procedure if you want to try.

1. In a bowl, mix together ½ cup of softened butter and ½ cup sugar.

2. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.
3. Blend in 1 cup flour and 1 tsp of baking powder.
4. Spoon the mixture into paper-lined muffin cups
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until sides of cupcakes are lightly browned.

  5. Nagustuhan namn pala ng mag ama mo e ibig sabihin masarap na din. Yung pahiyas festival nga pala tuwing may 15 talaga sya.

  6. Baka kailangan dagdagan ang butter saka bawasan ang time sa oven para wag masyado magdry :-) try ko nga yan :-D

  9. Looks ok naman. I've always had success when trying out recipes from Yummy. Pero haven't tried a baking recipe yet kasi di ako marunong mag-bake. Hehehe! =)
